True Coast Sauvignon Blanc, 2024
PRESENTATION
This Cabernet Sauvignon is a real showstopper with a character as rich and complex as a spicy novel. It's got all the signature boldness you'd expect from this famous grape, but with some extra twists thanks to its diverse homes – from the cool, intriguing Limoux to the sun-kissed coastal vineyards near Béziers. Each sip tells a story of its journey from vine to wine.
LOCATION
Between Loire and Sologne, in the midst of the prestigious Loire Châteaux, the estate covers some thirty hectares in a multicolored landscape of vines, forests, grasslands and moors where the biodiversity is naturally rich. A terroir where Sauvignon Blanc flourishes magnificently to produce elegant wine. The vineyards are situated on well-drained, mineralrich soils, including limestone, clay, and flint, which impart mineral nuances and enhance the wine's crispness. The region's temperate climate, with its cool nights and warm days, ensures optimal grape ripening, preserving acidity and aromatic freshness.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation: Conducted at controlled temperatures to preserve aromatic compounds. Maturation: Aged on fine lees for 3-4 months for enhanced complexity. Stainless steel tanks to maintain purity and freshness of fruit.
VARIETAL
Sauvignon Blanc is the sole grape variety used in this wine, known for its aromatic intensity and vibrant acidity. The grapes are carefully harvested at peak ripeness to capture the optimal balance of flavor and freshness
